Yes! You can book a showroom consultation to try out the latest technology available and then book an in-home design consultation to create the home golf studio of your dreams including golf simulators, putting greens, chipping targets, and even par three holes.

Treat the facility, equipment, and other members with respect. Use the facility as intended and clean up your area after your session. Failure to do so may result in a loss of membership without refund.

All customers and members must be wearing decent attire that does not offend anyone else.

You know the drill, no carry-ons. Pin Club offers snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. No food or beverages are allowed in the hitting areas of the simulator bays or on the putting green.

Booking & Pricing

No! You don't need to be a member to enjoy Pin Club.

Non-members can book available simulator time during designated hours. Members receive additional benefits, including preferred access and member pricing based on their membership level.

Yes, during staffed hours you're welcome to stop in, check out the facility, visit the pro shop, or ask about available simulator time.

Simulator availability is not guaranteed without a reservation, so we recommend booking ahead if you want to play.

Yes, if additional time is available, you can book it!

Check availability through the booking system or speak with a Pin Club employee during staffed hours.

Please don't continue beyond your reservation without extending it, as another golfer may have the bay reserved immediately afterward.

Your reservation begins at the scheduled time, so we recommend arriving early enough to get ready before your session

Arriving late does not automatically extend your reservation if another booking follows yours.

No. There is no membership sign-up fee.

Yes. Memberships can be cancelled according to the terms of your membership agreement.

Memberships & 24-Hour Access

Eligible Pin Club members receive access to the facility outside normal staffed hours.

Public access, retail services, and staff assistance are available during posted staffed hours.

Eligible members receive individual access credentials after completing the required membership setup and facility orientation.

Access credentials are for the individual member only and may not be shared.

Only according to Pin Club's approved guest policy.

Members may not share access credentials or allow unauthorized individuals into the facility.

No. Pin Club provides eligible members with 24-hour facility access, but the facility is not staffed 24 hours a day.

Staff assistance, retail services, tours, and other customer-service functions are available during posted staffed hours.

For an immediate medical, fire, or safety emergency, call 911 first.

Pin Club will also provide members with instructions for reporting urgent facility or access issues outside staffed hours.

Simulators & 24-Hour Access

Absolutely.

During staffed hours, our team can help you get comfortable with the simulator and basic controls so you can focus on playing.

Eligible after-hours members should complete the appropriate facility orientation before using the facility independently.

It depends on the number of golfers and pace of play. Typically for a single person it takes one hour to play 9 holes and 2 hours to play 18 holes.

Pin Club simulators offer a wide selection of courses and playing experiences.
